Applicant must be a U.S. resident

1. Candidate must be a May or June 2010 High School Graduate entering a 4-year College or University.
2. Candidate must have a 2.75 or better GPA on a 4.0 scale.
3. Candidate must submit a copy of their High School transcript (with the cumulative GPA average) along with the scholarship application.
4. Candidate must provide two letters of recommendation.
5. Candidate must submit a 500 word essay in their OWN words using the  topic: The MA Lee Scholarship Fund focuses on the fact that "Success has no boundaries". As a potential recipient, you will be a representative of the organization and its founder. Understanding the history of the scholarship fund, how would you best represent and honor the scholarship?

Application and essay must be received by April 30, 2010 to be considred for a scholarship.
